On Tuesday 10th September an unprecedented and very exclusive event will take place, co-organized by Special Stages.

This is a non-competitive Hill Climb on a private road closed to traffic in which Special Stages is responsible for managing, among other things, the movement of the cars participating.

For this reason, we are looking for approximately 25 volunteers who can support the event with tasks such as car assistance, help with maneuvers, parking management, access control and general coordination of the movement of cars both inside and outside the closed road.

• Date and time: Tuesday, September 10, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Location: Stresa area (NO)

Requirements:

• Professionalism and discretion: Since this is an exclusive event with high-end cars and the presence of illustrious personalities, it is essential to carry out your task with seriousness and attention.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Availability confirmed once the assignment is accepted.

What we offer:

• Compensation of 100 euros for the day.
• Lunch included.
• Possibility of reimbursement of travel expenses, with attention to sharing travel.

Staff Distribution: The team will be distributed in groups of at least 2 people in the following areas:

• Donut Area: Assistance to cars that need to turn around downstream from the closed road (3 people)
• Start: Checking of participant bracelets, assistance with queueing and starting of cars (4 people)
• Arrival: Management of the checkered flag position and car queue (3 people)
• Crossroads: Assistance to vehicles exiting the private road and entering the public road (2 people)
• Guest Parking: Assistance and traffic management (2 people)
• Paddock: Assistance with parking maneuvers of participating cars (3 people)
• Additional volunteers will be assigned as needed.
