Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs for your orders will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment.

Special Stages Car Club ships to addresses in Italy, Europe and internationally.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have any questions about this topic or about shipping, write to info@specialstages.it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Special Stages Car Club is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to Your Order. All expenses imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
A customs fee may apply to international orders. However, taxes are not under our control and vary for each country, so consult your local customs office directly to check if they apply duties and taxes.

My order should have arrived, but it's late. What should I do?
Before contacting us, check the following:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address;
  • Check with your local post office;
  • Ask your neighbors if the courier has left the package with one of them. If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package either at a post office or with a neighbour, write to info@specialstages.it indicating the order number. If you have found an error in the delivery address we can send you a replacement order, but this will be at your expense



I have received a faulty/damaged product, what should I do?

We are truly sorry if the product you have ordered has arrived damaged. To help us solve the problem quickly, write to info@specialstages.it within a few weeks with photos of the product, the order number and any other details that may be useful to us. We will reply as soon as possible to find a solution
